• Got stuck in the DSC tutorial (Routine Maneuvers), can't beam out or Drop mission and all the klingons are dead but stuck at 86%?? and I am still stuck after the Patch.

• I have the same problem, it was the last Recipe for the accolade so i got it off the exchange, it didn't work, so i sold it and bought more, same thing, the Chef does not recognise it, no Green Q-mark, I have tried giving it to another alt, mailing it to myself, changing instances and logging out, this effected, my FED,ROM…

• I have completed the unlock for Omega Style 2, but when i try to retrieve it i get the error message:-Failed to collect rewards for "Costume Unlock: OMEGA Style 2". Make sure that you have room in your inventory. You may only have one of a unique item. I have sent a bug report, but, not ticket showing in my box??.

• I Finnished the FE Mission(2nd time) and beamed to Ds9, where my outfit changed to my 2nd slot outfit, I went to the Tailor to try and change it, but it would not let me. I logged out and the logged back in and it had changed to my 1st slot outfit and is stuck there.

• Same thing happens 2 my Fed, clicked on traits and Crashed 2 desktop, with a error msg saying please tell us what you were doing, when you crashed. :(
