The difficulty will never be as it was before the reputation-system was introduced. Running elite-STF's with MKXII-gear (possibly with the always-useless [Borg] modifiers) just to get the MACO/HG/OF sets and all the optionals.

bright pink/magent IMO is actually way less problematic than say... bright yellow or something along those lines. Some of my Warframes have pink glows here and there, what's truly important is the synergy with other colors. I recall nobody complaining about the look of inhibiting polaron either.
