  • I take it once you reach Vice Admiral you stop getting skill points to level up your Bridge Officers? I just dropped three white ones for three new purple ones and now I'm stuck with terminal Ensigns it seems, because I stopped getting skill points. Unless I go to Earth Space Dock to train them, or pick up other Bridge…
