It's probably a feature at this point: "Skills Malfunction" or "Combat-induced character amnesia" ? :blush:

The DirectX version you have on your OS and the DirectX version your GPU supports are two different things. An in-game friend of mine got the unsupported video card error and decided to buy a DX12 capable GPU for only £40 - and he can play again with no issues. ;-) I'm not sure this is an issue that can be "fixed".
