With the current frequency of promotions and sales, one could wonder if they need the monies really bad. And for what ? Please feel free to speculate ! Tin-foil hats are 20% off as well ! B)
Yes, they will eventually release Discovery content. And if the show tanks, they can still make the stuff super powerful, so people will want it anyway. B)
Well, as for the slavery part. Consent wasn't required so far when I ordered my countless minions around, you can even force them to live in boxes to be sold to fleet members. And you can turn them into walls. >:)
The active Endeavor is shown right above the mission mini-log, it even has a timer to show how long it will stay before being replaced by the next one. What else is there to know ? Do it or don't, and if you do, get stuff. It's that simple. :)
Alien Invasions on Earth that get more or less easily defeated by random people who are often armed with a staggering amount of inappropriate one-liners. If an alien race has the capabilities to travel to our planet in a reasonable time frame, there is nothing we have that could stop their level of technology from wiping…
Peter Capaldi seems to think she will do a great job as well. I refuse to prejudge a performance before seeing it anyway. And I think I never saw any of the other Doctor actors in anything before I saw them on Who, so no prejudice there either.
Agreed, I also wonder how the dynamics between the new Doctor and her companions might change. Do you think they'll stick with mostly female companions or go the opposite direction or a mix even ? :)
Well, that is certainly interesting, but the official Doctor count counts the number of actors who played the Doctor, not incarnations or regenerations. The new Doctor will be the 13th person to play the role of the Doctor and that's why it's 13 (the War Doctor isn't counted). At least that is how Moffat explained it.…
I haz a new counting method. War doesn't count as "The Doctor" as he is/was not considered to be "The Doctor". And 10 changed into himself, therefore not a new Doctor. Tadaaaaa - 13. :D
I liked all the Doctors I watched, which were basically all the ones from 2005 onwards and a little bit of Doctor 7. But I also liked all the Star Trek shows for what they were. All Doctor actors brought their own unique spin on the character with them and I guess the new one will as well. When I saw the reveal trailer I…
Most games either allow you to retrain for free in social zones (basically outside missions, instances and combat) or charge you with an amount of ingame currency. The model here is quite expensive and in my case never used, only because my builds are never that specific and because I hoarded all the free respecs from…
I wanted to mention something from earlier on in this thread. The open world feel to be exact. Yes, there is none. It's just how the game is set up. Everything is heavily instanced, even within the same mission or location. It's a little like commercials back in the day when people still watched regular tv. It takes you…
Which isn't a realistic statement to make, as everything has flaws and weaknesses. I also like to point out that some points the OP made were highly subjective. Complaining about queue issues is fine, complaining about subjective taste in ships is not.
