The sad part is that if a publisher like EA or Lucas Arts was putting out this game, everything would be far more smoother, plus we'd pay a simple/straight subscription and wouldn't have to deal with the lock box lottery, fleet modules and upgrade tokens. Craptic pew "season 10 is the best ever and all the players love it".

Yep.... Same old bugs here as well. Question: What faction did you pick, as it seems that roms and klings crash more often? Anyway, it's just your normal craptic rollout going live. By september, there will still be most of the same old bugs without a work around.

If craptic/pew was a physician, it would be under charges for manslaughter and sued for malpractice. The star wars mmorpg is backed by Lucasfilms and run by EA (Both are big and both know what they are doing), where craptic is small and incompetent.

I am done. First, the probs with the Sept./Oct. crashes that left many of us locked out of STO. Then the same thing with the "season 8" rubbish. Now we have the "ARC" TRIBBLE. So now, having had to d/l >>2<< client servers, I just bypass steam and load directly from the arc client.... That is until the season 8 TRIBBLE, where I can't get past the craptic loading…

Read what was written. My friends and I use steam, but even with steam, we were required to d/l arc to use sto. As I said, I don't know what people had to do prior to July 2k13, but it seems everyone who started AFTER that date has been required to use arc.
