Absolutely not. the only reason I log in for a few days every 6-8 months is because I'm a sucker who picked up a LTS back in the pre-beta days. These days the game is simply not new player friendly, hell it isn't even old player friendly anymore.

The daily Q mission takes like 3 minutes. So if you want the ship you do it 15 times, for a total of 45 minutes work, plus running the featured episode once, and you get a new ship. Did a lot of PVP in the very early days of the game with all my friends who also played. Didn't really enjoy it, just did it because they all wanted to, so once my friends all quit playing I stopped doing it and now whenever I play I just do random PVE stuff instead.

For me everything has been great so far, loving the new content and the new UI is really excellent. Do have a few gripes, but they are minor. Yeah this is what I feared. I really like the look of the Andorian ships, and had planned to fly one on my Romulan Tac officer, since I don't really like the Romulan escorts much. LTS in a box will never happen, there is no way to do it that would work favorably for Cryptic. Also do you have a link to where they said you will be able to promote a lib borg boff to captain, and doing so will allow you to play as lib borg without buying LTS?

I'm fine with the ship idea, but lib borg races should remain lifetime only. Actually I'm more than fine with the ship idea, I actually think it would be pretty damn cool.
