I have gotten the ship down to 26% (just got it too 19% for two seconds) and then it shot up too 23% and after four seconds it got to 25%. (all real times used) And after I came back from death it was at 100%, this ship is a bug!

The Dyson Science Ships have the Secondary Deflectors, you have to check the Dilithum Store under Reclaim for the Secondary Deflector if you received a Dyson Science Ships. Also you may find a lot of things to reclaim for other ships.

I had the same problem until I started deleting some of the old e-mails, there is a limit on the number of e-mails you can have. Once you delete some of the older e-mails you will see the e-mails with the items.
