If they are fixing some of the bugs I'm all for a 3 hour wait time, there are annoying bugs in game ..and it does take time to correct them ..so be it :-)

The PVP ques are a beast within it's own cave.. PvP is devided by ranks or (lvl's ..i.e. 10..20-30.40. 50. & now 60) but it may be something asides from cross faction teaming needed to revive pvp... Well I am always looking for players for my fleet.. I do require a player while learning to have ventrilo (voice over ip)... I think it's totally awesome someone is actually trying to help people..this is what you used to find in fleets... ventrilo, mumble, team speak were all valuable tools to help new players out.

We'll I see there is some confusion as to when, what and who would be effected by cross faction teaming... I am suggesting teaming after the alliance is formed... Not before.. And only faction neutral ques... Like a few people have pointed out..it just would not make much sense to allow cross faction teaming everywhere ...…

lol.. no one ques for PVP i know I love me some PVP.. but thats only for now while people get thier gear up.. but lucky for us Karrat is still alive and kicking ..HOBO holds it down in the along with inner circule.. but that being said the pvp cues used cross faction after you had joined a que and teamed random people…

Got your point, but think about it i mean in my case i only have a few players that can do an elite que .. but i have friends on the kdf side so if only 3 of us are on right and only 1 kdf friend well we can't do a private que.. It would also put the mmo aspect back in this game a bit. I understand why the ques are there..…

surface tension mission is were i am suggesting player be able to team..since at that point we are no longer at war... I don't think new player would be confused at all...since they would have no idea it is possible until doing the mission...
