I forgot to add, Federations does have mask signature but only in short time. Cloak don't. Cloak is for when hull health is low. good idea to use it so hull can get heal then back to combat. =]

True but what about battle cloak. Federation ships with cloak devices are not able to cloak while in combat. ON DS9 tv show, Defiant able to cloak while in battle (of course get damage when shield disabled - but they should've allow that in game play). With Defiant cloak device - so they could plant on all ships since ALL…
