The Transporters unlock should be available at Tier 1 imho. Whats the point of having them at Tier 5 when you dont longer need them??? Hmmm, I remember a console (or was it a NPC?) in Quark's bar on DS9. But at some point it let you sell regular consoles, sci ones if I recall, for large amounts of GPL. Got my latinium trophies that way lol They removed it after awhile tho.
