I fixed most of my lag issues: Just Deleted Pando Media Booster, and all my lag went away. I guess cryptic uses it to have your PC file share the games files to everyone in the world. So I assume my lag was due to that. Because... after I deleted it... 90% of the lag was gone. Strange huh... I thought I would pass along…
