In Neverwinter Online, Cryptic have made queues that are random. You queue for a Random Skirmish or Random Dungeon and when a full team is gathered a random mission starts. If you don't want to wear something then don't. No one will stand with a disruptor aimed at you forcing you to dress a certain way. An other point though, KDF needs long leather skirts/robes like the ones the Duras sisters had.

Yes, My Reman captain aligned to the KDF got her Kobali BOff and ALL the FED uniform options were available to her. None of the KDF or Romulan version though.
