As of todays maintenance I am now missing all 3 of my empty character slots.

Confirmed no universal endeavor

I been having the problem with everything chat related since Tuesday to include local/PM's and private channels.

Same here and for me it has gotten to the point where only my experimental weapon works or if on a carrier character my hanger pets. I just ran 3 patrols 2 without boff weapon abilities and had all weapons working and just did 1 with them and opening salvo 2 weapons stop working with cannon rapid and torp spread.

I don't see Klingons being added to Temporal Recruit especially now that they have their own in the rotation.

I kept getting kicked as well so gave up on it.

Same here I put it on 1 character beamed up and found the console in the overflow bag.

That is what I thought wasn't quite sure because I never used that one early on.

There are a few scattered in the later missions. The bug is still around despite the patch today that was suppose to fix it again

I can also confirm they are missing same with the new outfits and new pet only thing new I still see is the throne.

Can you send me the persons handle in a game mail if possible so I can pass it on to a couple of people in the one fleet group I am in to warn them. Also was this on PC or Console if on console you can disregard sending the handle. handle @maniac20#5251

Cryptic has tried over the past couple years to bring the dil exchange down to try and balance things and it works for a short time but then it crawls back up because of those who want it near cap or at cap.

I encountered the same thing when I went to check out the revamped mission and arena but found a work around and started the fight and then equipped Shard Sword of Kahless just as the NPC appeared then it worked just fine.

Delta it was 1 Fed 1 Rom 1 KDF to get all the perks

Also having the same problem same with a fleet mate.

That is the Zen Store one for Romulans and which means it is before the store ones were made bound to character when they were turned into account-wide unlock and once purchased it is always available.

Well the last few ships added to it where cross faction so there was no point.

My guess is they will do like in the past and put it in the console pack and trait pack so KDF can get them and most likely cheaper than Feds.

One thing with the Kelvin time line is they have to go through Paramount and not CBS.

There are some that can pack quite a punch and some of them even have a decent proc

I have seen it happen on PC also not sure about the consoles though.
