If you are referring to the Cardassian, Breen, and a couple of others, those can be accessed in the Mission Journal. Look for "COLD WAR" for the Breen arc; "LOST DOMINION" for the Cardi Arc. IIRC, there is a contact for the SPECTERS and BORG as well.. If this is not your issue, then forget I was even here.. :O)

Gamma Jem vs REP - Has any one else had the issue where your Gamma Jem finished T3 Rep, and does NOT have the "Claim Level 3 Rep" Upgrade mission available ?? My Jem is about 1/2 thru T4 Rep and the Claim Tier 3 Rep Upgrade still hasn't shown up..tyvm..

Helpful hints for the PvE race. You can basically sum it up by telling folks you don't have to run... Just jog around corners, and run on the straight portions..
