As a 10k and 30k member I am in favour of a reset, however, I would wait until the new Plasma mechanic (direct damage Plasma explosion) is implemented. As Borticus said, this week's change for Plasma is temporary, the new direct damage will be added in the near future (who knows... 2-3 weeks?).
After reading the whole thread and seeing some further explanations from Geko and Gorngonzolla I am more positive about the whole upgrade issue. If the T5U cost will be 500 zen then I think it is very reasonable. 1000 zen would be too much, and it will probably put off many people.
I tried yesterday, killing 2 planet killers, without participation in any zone takeover, and I got 60 marks. I will try again today and try to kill only one planet killer to see how it goes.
I totally agree with this; I think the new system works much better and gives me an incentive to play content I did not bother to do before as the rewards were very low.
I think it's a great idea! A standard uniform would improve the overall Trek feel. BTW the Oddy variants on all ESD personnel look fantasic. I hope one of the next blogs will have the 2410 Uniform Code so that we can replicate the ESD variants.
I had similar problems. After season 9 was released I was able to slot 3 hourly projects (8472 rep). Since the 1st hourly project there has been no reset (more than 30 hrs have passed), I can only see the 0 xp 340 dil project. As they are investigating, I hope it will be fixed soon (however the April 24 patch notes do not…
I did it few times across multiple alts and it is feasible. I am taking between 13 to 14 minutes (1 to 2 minutes to spare). I have Driver Coil at 6, Assimilated Engines, Obelisk Warp Core (50% cooldown reduction on slipstream). Starting in sector space helps a lot. I think the route I used is fine but there could be a…
Maybe you need to try an alternative route, with Driver Coil at 6 and Assimilated Engines, I could do it few times between 13-14 minutes. It's a bit tight but feasible (if you use Borg engines, slipstream, driver coil). PS The Obelisk Subspace Rift Warp Core with 50% cooldown reduction on slipstream helps.
I like the Solanae Class but I would probably use different materials (more classic Starfleet look). I also agree with others, the Aves Class is definitely the best of the three, a very good design.
I think this is the best solution, with 2/2 being the original/drastic proposal and 2b/2b being the more subtle version. That should make everyone happy.
Could someone check and confirm? I accepted the Allied Zone Daily before the patch, I then patched the game and completed the daily just now, I still got 960 dil and 50 marks. I thought it was because the mission was accepted before the patch but then it is still in my list of Available Missions on a 10-hour cooldown…
Thanks for confirming what I previously posted (probably you explained it better). That should definitely be the explanation as we both observed the same results. Bottom line, play for 4 hours after getting the Q bonus and then its effect should disappear.
I tried again this morning with multiple characters. One alt (that has not used Q in 2 days) had normal loot. Another alt (that has used Q the night before) got 50% loot. The Q bonus icon was not active however it seems like the effect was still on. It might be that the effect lasts 4h of gameplay - I thought it was 4h…
I can confirm they have been nerfed by roughly 50%. Q's bonus is not related as I tested without it and you still get much less than before. I tested across different Foundry missions and the result is the same.
