I agree. One cannot just purely tank or purely sci. Tanks and sci vessels need to be able to dps as well. Obviously the dps wont be as high as an escorts, but non the less, dps needs to be present.

yea... no. These roles arent dead/dying at all. To a certain extent i understand what youre saying, if you compare an sto tank to a different game tank, then yes, most tank are hybrids. Got the dkora. It is awesome! That is all :p Thanks for all the advice, really helped me decide. Cant speak as to the galor though. Its quite a bit less than double the price though. The dkora i got was 78mil, the cheapest galor was 98mil :) Have fun.

Ive decided i want to go for the d'kora. I prefer the look, the additional damage to weapons, and the turn rate in battle mode will allow me more freedom to run torpedo spread.
