Yeah they probably glance over messages then basically copy and paste their script I've been opening new tickets pm admins and on Twitter we need some real confirmation if this is really getting looked into.

This is part of the problem this game has had tons of bugs on console since day of release yet they fix some then release new content which has more bugs while they still ain't fixed previous bugs then release even more content which brings yet more bugs, This thread has not had a single response from Cryptic i would say…

Hopefully they are looking into it and not just saying it to shut people up might be worth if everyone that knows it is glitched actually open a support ticket on this site about it more people sending direct messages is sure gonna be better as doesn't look like they really look on the forums much at all.
