just a side note for people going into this (not for those having already started this, because it's too late for those particular characters) resetting skills also unslots your traits - ALL your traits, so if you tend to screenshot things so you can put them back exactly as they were because you have a terrible memory…
(how many sith have mandalorians actually killed? actual sith, not acolytes, not dark jedi - sith) marrok: isn't that kind of the point of being specfor? you can't really be a good person in that field given the kinds of things you have to do
(i've been doing that the last several posts - you only JUST now noticed it? talk about not paying attention to your surroundings and prowler is the lunari title for special forces, like american marines, british SAS or israeli sayeret)
marrok: have you ever met my namesake? king arthur himself was several hundred years before your time, but marrok might've gone on for for centuries after
*alex sighs* well, wherever they ended up, hopefully they're still alive and doing okay - at least we didn't run into any dominion entanglements while we were searching *after waiting out any closing remarks from the two, he closes the channel and orders the conundrum and lycaon back to the wormhole terminus*
(but there is ALWAYS a military to judge you - if starfleet doesn't, the klingons will, and if they won't, the romulans, dominion, lunari or any number of others will)
(correction, it destroys 'organic' material at the subatomic level - which is utter bullshirt because there's no difference between organic and non-organic material at the subatomic level also ) marrok: i never said anything about that - i've already heard all your stories anyway
*alex sighs and contacts kinkoshi and kurata* there's nothing on the probes showing where the mandalorians might've ended up, and i can't linger here - if either of you want to continue the search, as soon as i reach DS9, i'm going to arrange for one of my ships to come here and search the areas the probes didn't cover
marrok: only if you know how to make paella *the next morning, alex checks with astrometrics to see if any of the probes finally encountered anything, as they all would've reached their target systems and maximum range by now, intending to head back to DS9 if they don't find anything and sending another ship in his place*
marrok: genetic engineering is an exact science - almost ridiculously so; and when you throw non-standard universal elements into the mix, it becomes VERY difficult to do those kinds of fine changes properly even the dominion had trouble with it, and they're genetic engineering masters
marrok: if you're making a lobster, i would rather it be soaked in butter and lemon...maybe some spices - beer sounds heretical if you're not breading something
i put money on it being a particularly radiant asteroid or celestial fragment of some kind - has the exact same effect of a nuclear detonation without buying into the utterly delusional BS of nukes existing prior to 1945
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_interracial_kiss_on_television take your pick - I Love Lucy, Sea Hunt, Adventures in Paradise, I Spy and Movin' with Nancy all aired before star trek, and all had interracial kisses - though I Love Lucy is disputed, but the rest aren't and that's just AMERICAN TV - british TV had some…
