No we haven't - the largest ship class the Defiant ever took out UNASSISTED were other 'escorts' - AKA destroyers, frigate analogs and one light cruiser built by a race whose tech is 20-30 years behind Starfleet's.

And high-end EPG builds can get to 100%, at least for exotic abilities and not so much regular weapons - but space magic is the entire point of playing an EPG build...any weapons are just there for support and set bonuses.

For not being the leader of the Dominion, she sure as hell was ACTING like it throughout the entirety of DS9 and even moreso in STO post-Facility 4028 - hell, I think she even called it HER Dominion in those old research logs, or at some point during the gamma arc.
