so basically...throw a torpedo with a rapid cycle on like a kelvin or one of the two missiles and you're pretty much golden with ceaseless momentum

i've seen it at the dreadnought stage quite a few times since PEs hit live - even joined in once, since i wasn't done with tzenkethi battlezone kills at that point and several ships spawn close by the dreads

(k-13 doesn't have a tailor? i thought ALL facilities the player could beam down to had one? well, maybe not one or two very minor facilities (i. e., the ones that haven't been touched once since the game launched) but i'd think K-13 at least would have one)
