rakesh: garak is garak - if he senses even the slightest unusual thing about someone, he'll be all over their records, personal files, secrets and so on - and you looking like a blue fox is VERY unusual

(too bad you can't do that in any other game...i mean, you can at least change roles in NWO or ESO by changing around your skills and TRIBBLE - and your paragon path via loadout in NWO's case - but you're still stuck with whatever class you picked at CC)

yes, everyone does - that plus the fact it can only be obtained from delta alliance promo packs is why it frequently pushes 100m whenever there are any on the exchange

it looks nice on most federation ships - in fact, the yellow color almost exactly matches the shade used on terran ships...before they got replaced by the stereotyping red

neither the jach nor the chargh look lyran to me...and speaking of, i wonder when cryptic will realize that they have two different ships with the chargh designation they renamed the player version of the cleave ship to na'qjej, but the NPC versions are still called chargh

they don't; nothing is shared with pets unless you have something that specifically shares something with them - like superior area denial granting pets CSV when you activate CSV

the loknar frigate has two nacelles and it was plenty maneuverable - it had to be, it was a frigate (thank you Resurrected Starships for my now knowing about the loknar frigate when i barely know anything about FASA)

(you know...after having seen the risa vanity shield that gives the black with yellow-gold trim, it occurs to me that might be a good vanity shield for federation ships on characters that are being RP'd as terrans - at least on the ones it doesn't turn solid yellow, like it does some ships so maybe that one at least will…

we have romulan cloaking tech now - whatever 'issues' existed for the KDF back then are invalid now
