(unfortunately, i think eight is all too sane...which just makes the things she's done even worse - at least old bubblehead had the possible excuse of parkinson's and that freaky-TRIBBLE british plan to dose him on estrogen)

(well, you know...i'd offer ryan for doing quinn, but he's long gone and never coming back here, so the only choice left is rattler and he's not going to do it either like he never does NPCs - even though he's done NPC characters before)
