they do care in some instances - poisoning is right out; if a klingon is to be assassinated, it should be face-to-face

it's only nice if them being account-wide was intended - which, given how phoenix works, was most certainly NOT intended

but at the same time, they've also canonized gravity well generators, which very much still CAN pull targets from hyperspace and also prevents hyperspace while in the field

i imagine they'll probably fix that once they revamp the rep system - most likely they'll make it usable from level 10 onward, or somewhere thereabouts; then it won't matter what level you do new rom at

pretty much EVERYONE gets them for the upgrades now, unless they're trying for a specific T6 ship or its console - like the bajoran interceptor for DOMINO

you know, i figured suddenly disappearing or appearing (ala adama maneuver) in an atmosphere would just cause massive weather disruptions due to major air displacement...thermonuclear explosions are a million times worse

the saucer is good, as it is with the prometheus - just the rest is awful also glad they decided to only use the saucer for the prometheus too and not the entire thing
