OOC: I wasn't saying the armies there didn't know that either. They just come from a time where massive battle and black ops are equal ideals. Many of then enemies now how tonise both successfully. Not to mention the space battles that will ensue...

OOC: Nope. Though think proton weaponry, not very effecient shields, but the infanrty is top notch training. Staffs and Zatts with colonial line formations will work about as effectively as they did against new tech in WW1.
