I would only say that Tor'Kaht (Vorcha Fleet Version) and Negh Var Fleet version seem to be not as bad as the Galaxy-X. In fact the Tor'Kaht might be the best battle cruiser in the game. In the foundry there are plenty of missions for ec farming. You can easily get above 600000 daily. Before you make any build check the cost and see which is cheaper. Not useless. From my builds I prefer the 4x tac version with Aux Cannons, more damage per shot. The extra console enhances the damage.
