How about Character Species/Gender change and Rename for dilithium? I'd buy 3 of those in a heartbeat. For example, I should have made my KDF Delta recruit be a female or even better, Alien or Nausicaan rather than Klingon. That could be something that might interest people. I know I'm interested.

Vortas will only be added for Lifetime Subscribers. Just like Talaxians and Liberated Borg. If they are added at all. Founders on the other hand, never.

At least one character should be leveled to at least level 50 to unlock it. Just like Death Knights in WoW. I have my lvl60 character for a while and I still suck in many stf-s. Imagine someone downloading STO for the first time and creating Jem'Hadar at lvl60. Imagine that learning curve. Scary.
