ARC was the issue. I went in and launched the game directly from the client in Program files, working great again. I still need to see why that is, just wild guess is ARC is not letting go of the drivers at the right time so STO and ARC are fighting over priorty so we get these errors.

Just got a new PC, same issue. Crashing before Delta rising screen. Drivers are up to date... only game with a issue is STO. Can't get into the game at all now.

The main use for this gun is target sub-systems. I am now able to use this one 360 array for my sci ship. I was able to remove the beam array in front of the ship and add more damage to the front. I could not find a response in Dev tracking, did they respond to this issue? It seems to be getting worse day by day.

Same issue here Austin TX. Issue was bad Friday, but last 3 hours I cant seem to get into any new map. connection is showing fine and when I ping STO servers, I am getting a response back.
