Just a note to everyone. Logged into my account on the website and when I went to "manage subscriptions" section, I got a "server not found" message. This may have something to do with not being able to log on to the game, it may not.

thank you. No, we wouldn't use the accounts at the same time. However I have an account on my computer at home and my friend just downloaded it for my use as well as his over at his place. Obviously I'd log off at one location before signing on to the other one. And I do have account guard active at both locations. again…

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I can't seem to find the Tau Dewa Sector Patrol missions. Where do I find them? Thanks for the help in advance. JX

I'm having log in issues. I was playing the game and I was transferring to a different map when updates were not loading. Kept saying 0 kbs. Had to exit the program and now I can't log in. Keep getting a "not responding" message. Anyone else having this issue? Hope I'm putting this in the right spot. JX

found out what the problem was. My characters short height. I jumped up on the table and there was the button. :) I feel like such an (enter expletive here) lol

my issue is with the mission "Tradecraft". I'm suppose to go to my ready room and analyze some files sent there. I run around my ready room and no button to analyze files comes up. I was going to get GM help, but then I saw the message at the bottom which states "please check known mission bug list before contacting GM" or…

I purchased the game when it was available through a store like Walmart. Wasn't sure how using multiple game codes worked. CD-key, codes from Arc or Steam. Things like that.

Probably. Any ideas of what to do before crying for help is always a good thing. Yeah, I wouldn't want that. Then he wouldn't be able to fire phasers. lol :)

problem seemed to have corrected itself. Tried running it in administrator mode which also didn't work. Was trying to contact tech support for the service that I use to find out if I can restart the router without interrupting TV service. Which runs though the same box. But, as I was waiting, I tried to start the launcher…

cleaned out the cache and re-started my computer and it still doesn't work. I'll try this c cleaner and see if that solves the problem

I assume you mean restart my computer. Which I did and that didn't work. After that, I tried re-downloading the launcher from the "PC, Network, and other technical issues" forum which also didn't work.

alright, said I'd report what happened. When I got to level 50, I received the promotion to Lt General. I went and did that, but apparently it didn't take because when I went to the available tab, it showed up as if I hadn't done it at all. So I re did the promotion and got the VA token. FYI. and that's it? I had the B'Rel BOP retrofit on a few characters for free. Just checked the FED side and they have all of their VA token ships available. I read somewhere that, at one point, you could get the ones I mentioned earlier for free with the VA token. And the BOP retrofit was free to begin with. Now it cost 2000…

Greetings, I purchase zen through the use of game cards like the perfect world game cards or ultimate game cards. Would we still be able to purchase zen through these game cards?

And minimizing and restore worked. Hopefully I wont have to do that every time I launch the game. But now, I'll be able to play the game and restart my subscription in December as planned. Thanks lianthelia.

I have the same issue except that mine just doesn't go all the way down the screen. The minimize and re size is a good idea. I'll have to try that.
