I just recently purchased an ibuypower i-7 windows 10 PC and i've been playing this game on my wifes computer with no problem. Well now the launcher just sits there at 18%.... i've uninstalled, restarted the computer and then reinstalled the ARC and installer. Still stuck. Tested the internet and getting 398mbps download…
