New dance VO is sharply inferior to old VO imo. I have seen not one comment in this thread or in in-game chat that prefers the new VO. My understanding is that Reputation Set gear has a penalty to upgrade. True? If true would not the value of one of these special upgrades be greatly magnified in bypassing that penalty?
