You need two copies. Or your solo copy of EPTE gets nuked, your *zippy* cycle will be completely broken and you can kiss your ship goodbye, the outcome of one trick pony.

For continuous coverage as opposed to an one off event, you need two cycling copies. ICC is useless as an attacking mechanism because it obliterates your turn rate and will send you flying across the map. Unless your intention is to get your teammates killed, because you sent yourself away, it's not practical.
