just sign up thru arc and login from the STO launcher directly. it should work. i think arc and pwe accounts are linked.

yep same issue here. it is really annoying. I wonder why there is no announcement regarding this issue yet, are they waiting for a specific number of players to complain before doing some actions?

i see. this is really a serious issue then, i thought only players outside US are affected. ill just wait for it to be fixed, for the meantime ill just go play other games while waiting. i can't stand playing with constant "server not responding" most of the time.

it was fine 2 days ago, but right now i am even having problems logging in. same issue here, i am from asia region. seems like this issue only affects users outside US.
