As someone who has Brandon on his Friendlist,I can 100% confirm he plays a LOT....he is a player just like us,he just gets all the insider info :P

There are a LOT of boffs you cant customize....Him among them...others include,Breen,Reman,Borg boff you get from KA ground,Embassy romulan boffs,Photonic Boff,Reward from a certian rep.

No,they have Acc x2 Dmg x2 AP beam arrays...use them as my alternate build,the reason I have the Expiermental and proton is the 3% Crit Chance you get for the 2 piece,I have torp skills in case he wants to fly another ship,and I personaly prefer the 33% resistance with EPTS3 than the Oh **** button of RSP,I play with Rage…

Well, Fleet weapons do have Acc x2 Dmg x2,thats all I really use anymore,but one question,what do you think of the build I supplied?

It just luck tbh....but with three i was litteraly spitting out three plasmas every 1-1.5 seconds....but even with two it was only 2-2.5 seconds....I love the three PWOs with hyper plasmas....

Hehehe we are of the same mind ,im thinking a high aux boosted GW3,followed by a fully buffed TS3.....would be painful.....for anyone in caught in it! :D

Well,ill give you a proposition,We are a smallish fleet,we usually have 12-15 people on during weeknights (PST/EST) most of us are in the states,you are more than welcome to join us if you would like,im on now just PM me @InputEnd We also have no website to sign up on,no vent/TS requirement,easy to progress in the ranks :)

We are 8 days from completing our Tier V starbase over at the Temporal Directive,and about 10 days from starting Tier V engineering. :D

Me personally,outside of the JHAS,most of my ships use the Adapted MACO Eng/Shield and standard MACO deflector,as this gives the best bonus for surviving(deflector/shields) and ive found the engines to be the best across the board Combat impulse engines(even better than Elite fleet ones).

Will the Federation and Klingon interiors be redone,to be at the Quality of the Romulan interiors? And when will we hear more about the new Holding and Fleet warp cores? :)

This is FAR from a PvP build,i have a JHAS for that,and you two cant see anything to change on the build?
