Some people actually like modifying the sliders... I am one of them. Plus, the default bodies aren't always aesthetically pleasing, especially on Bridge Officers.

no... I meant you could use the 8th year anniversaries vouchers to finish the 7th year event... not that you can take the 7th year vouchers and try to use them on the 8th year event... that would never work.

Apparently there is some sort of option that allows you to use the 8th Anniversary Vouchers for the 7th Anniversary event if you still have the 7th Anniversary Event in your Reputation tracker when the 8th Anniversary Event starts... or something like that.

Not to my knowledge... well at least not outside of very specific lock box ships at any rate. That said, if you are willing to spend 6.00 USD you can buy the Klingon Playable Species for the Federation. While that doesn't unlock the ships, it does let you access the species at the very least.

Unlikely... and since they can be used once every hour, your best bet is to have them on your character as they are likely to come off cooldown when your not in an area that you have whatever NPC they are equipped to available to you. The IDIC Tribble on the other hand, yes you do get that buff if it is equipped to an NPC.

I would go Dual Beam Bank, mainly because Fire At Will is considered to be the best Tactical Bridge Officer ability at the current time.
