I went to Steam, clicked Play Game, and now it's patching. I think ARC is the issue. Of course, I have a LOT to install. I'll report back if this actually works to the point I can get into the game. Update: Yep, I can play using Steam's client.

I was thinking of giving the game another go, but I've tried off and on for hours to figure out how to get connected, with no luck. The patcher just hangs. I guess they don't want my business. Cool. Lots of other mmo's I can play.
