I've been having the same deal. I've tried reinstalling the game, arc client, and even unistalling and redownloading everything. nothing seems to work. and support keeps crashing everytime i try to file a ticket. it's like they don't want to fix it.

I spent twenty minutes trying to complete the minigame on the Vulcan ground map. Half the time the game didn't register a score, the rest it didn't pay out. I am not happy.

I bought the Delta Ops pack before it launched, and now my tray is resetting to the point where I only have a handful of abilities even loaded in the tray. I don't have the time to completely reload my tray every time I beam up to my ship.

Am I the only person who's pissed off they aren't giving out any Romulan faction items? I have a dedicated Romulan character, and only one freaking bridge. DO NOT IGNORE THE REPUBLIC!!!!

I keep trying to use the launcher, it opens, then stops working. I have been using my Neverwinter launcher to log into STO. Anybody have any clue how to get the STO launcher to start working again? Every time I've asked support, I get the same canned response and it does not help get it working, and frankly it doesn't help…
