it is about time for this skill revamp, the old system had next to no actual info about what you were improving and by how much it was literally just an arbitrary number and most folks didn't realize that you didn't have to max skills all the way to be to gain a decent bonus. we also have this problem with alot of modules…

to be fair threre should have been a reserved post under the initial post for FAQ's that are answered later on in the thread rather than sifting through a ton of posts, its not the EVE forums where we can just go to the next dev post in the thread, or at least i have not found that function yet.

yea... i was stan when i read that tween almost exactly XD but in all seriousness i dont consider ships "content" they are things to RUN the content in... of which there is little to non off and PvE queues get so boring and repetitive very quickly, need some stuff with some replayability factor in it and moving folks off…

carriers need a buff more than anything there fighters get killed almost as soon as they get launched XD BFAW destroys carriers usefulness almost entirely.

i do have a question... do these ships come with there respective bridges from the T5 variants??? also the romulan SHAMSHIR doesnt look very much like the fan made SHAMSHIR unfortunately :( but the Khopesh comes close at lease ^_^

not gunna lie after seeing some of the fan made concept art for possible T6 Scimis i was really disappointing with the look of the final T6 Scimi :( like this one for example

i honestly never understood why we never got to go to the Gamma Quadrant first, i mean we already have a stable way to go there through the wormhole since day 1.

increasing from MkIV( Mark 4) gear for weapons gives more damage and for everything else does increase the stats on it but the quality will not increase anymore so once you hit MK XIV it is done. Don't put anything more into it.

an orbital shipyard for the romulans has been mentioned a few times in various episodes and im pretty sure a romulan republic academy would have been very much top priority in the new romulas construction process considering the severe lack of fleet they have now. and i REALLY want to see a romulan Dedicated commendation…

new romulus shoudl get its own acadamy area where you can do a few additional recruitment assighnments for romulan and reeman specific Doff's and some other recruitment stuff there.

first you need the desired skill book of the desired rank ability slot i.e attack pattern beta for lieutenant then you need to make sure your tactical bridge officer is promoted to lieutenant which can be done by selecting him/her then going to the carrer button in the bottom left hand corner of the status page for them…

Still no fix for player challenges, this is getting really annoying now >_> and why the hell was that nerf put on Admiralty EXP. i don't thin ANYONE complained about that or wanted a nerf on the already long tedious and un-interesting/un-engageing system.
