My computer still cant connect to the Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate and fails after 5 attempts. Tells me to contact Tech Support, but they are unable to provide me with sufficient support to fix this problem. There are many many others that have the same issue. Same dam problem. Even tried port forwarding, and nada. I get response from them, but it is so freakin generic and autoreply that I wonder if their is even anybody there that is going to take this issue serious. Did not have this problem pre ARC Does anyone use ORIGIN launcher to load other game and ARC.

I get the same thing. I have email help desk so many times about it, but nothing seems to gets done about it. Starting to wonder why I bought the game.

I have a problem, again with the game. I have Uninstalled twice, followed by reboots. Still the LAUNCHER stays stuck with the status saying "Attempting to connect to controller tracker.." I have attached a screen shot for you to see. I have not been able to Play the game and last week I had issues actually playing.

I have been having some really annoying issues with the game. The issue is in Safe Mode and Normal Mode. Other settings are turned off that are not needed.
