Instead of slowly going up to -20% damage resistance (-1% per second) in nearly instantaneous jumps to 20 and counts as +20% resistance. I have the exact same problem, are you using corrosive plasma weapons by any chance? Edit: Yes you do, so I guess its a problem with the proc the weapons cause. I have a full setup of them and once the proc goes it instantly disables all energy damage for energy weapons, even for other types.
no it basically limits your choices not forces you to make choices, not that this boni are worth mentioning. The current system allowes you much more freedom into what you want to spec, if I want go torpedo boat, I can, if I want to go beam boat I can and I still have to make trade offs. Here you can't even make trade offs.
So whats going to happen to the trait warp core efficiency/warp core potential for players chars/boffs? Right now with maxing out all the power increasing skill and come short 2 power for each system, which would probably come from by joined trill race traits and chosen traits + boff traits. Like what they did with the sector map. :) I would prefer if it would be possible to zoom out a bit more from the ship. If you near a system the sun basically fill 2/3 of your screen at the current furthest zoom level. Doubling or even tripling that range wouldn't hurt. The ability to hunt for resources in sector space…
Higher score give you better quality traces, as far as I see it it only really related how many molecules you destroy. 4+ and you get a silver most of the time, sometimes it drops a rear or very rare, sometimes a colored one.
The problem is the game can only be played by one person at a time, if player stabilized the particle and another one does the same it gets rest/doesn't count etc. Wouldn't be a problem but there are only 2 molecules per map, epspecial funny on bigger hubs, 2 molecules for 60 peopel on esd... :rolleyes:
wonder why people still post this, its only really relevant for steam mandatory games. Best example is war thunder that had new record with over 120k people playing, while steam charts only show 25k peak for the same time. I don't launch a single MMO from steam (not even using the overlay) and most people do the same.
Depends on the build/ammount of enemies. If you have at least 4-5 of enemies you can and will reach global col down quite easy. Also you need to fly at 3/4 to full impuls most of the time. My current ship has something like 70% bonus defense, which makes most mobs miss quite often.
You can be pretty confident that this will go into lock boxes at some point. Same as the faction consoles are now, they will have some time of "exclusivity" and then will trickle down to lockboxes.
No, radiation damage is counted as radiation damage. There are only a few parts that give damage increase and thats the undine energy relay and the 2 part set delta ordnance bonus and it is still pretty weak boost.
They can't, all the pre DR stuff was aimed that you could smoothly progress the story, if they spread level gap out you'll run in the same TRIBBLE we have now past 50, where you have to grind all sorts of things to get to the next story mission.
so whats the highest damage for the normal shot achieved. Since physical damage gets a lot higher damage buffs then energy I guess you can easily put 400-500dmg for a normal shot?
well thats quite some increase there in skill points, nearly back to the values of what they where before he huge nerf. Well only 24% less, cruisers gave ~940xp on elite.
Funny thing, DR launch its was more, Advance was 250% more then normal and Elite was 416% more then normal. Damage wasn't much buffed, but still Elite has something like 200-300% more damage then normal, they only thing was/is that damage at normal is laughable, like 400-600dps, so on elite they did something like 1,5-2k.
If there would be a ground mission that would provide argonite prices would drop quite rapidly. The thing is ground missions are a lot easier on elite then space are, since they didn't get the gecko touch and dps tards don't care about ground.
wait you where still using torps? They got even worse with DR, since everything has increased kinetic resistances, not to mention shields (even from npc) have minimum 75% kinetic resistance. Torps where always bad, but you could make some things work, now they are a joke. (same with mines)
Because they didn't make a mistake, most of what is playable/accessible is in the beta quadrant, hell most of the shows episodes play in the beta quadrant.
Sorry but with all the recent stuff that happened I believe its intentional, the only "Bug" is that still the old values are displayed instead of the new ones. Watch as the bugfix will be an actualization of the doff screen and everything else is working as intended.
