If you are going to run a promotion asking for email addresses you should be being a bit clearer up front how you will use the personal data that people provide through this. An email address is personal data under data protection law, and not being clear how you will use it isn't exactly great practice.

Another thing - when doing the Breen pie eating contest - remember that the smallest pies take the least amount of time to eat. Focus on them first in order to get a higher score.

Hopping during the daily race works very well for me. Comes highly recommended as improves handling on the ice, making it much less frustrating. You realise the people who work on the audio for STO almost certainly have nothing to do with any of these gameplay bugs? Its like complaining that the IT guys in your company had a party, when they should have been fixing the elevators. Its just not their area.
