Mine vanished as well, both on my upgraded Mk XIV armor, and on my base set (I have a full set on a Boff). Noticed it first on Risa, was told it was from the "non-combat" field, and ignored it, but after the event and leaving Risa, it was still gone. Server status is showing red, but the game is actually up and playable...chat and exchange are down currently, but I'm -in- the game, and the dot was -red- when I tried and is still red when I check. Try to log in anyway, I bet the dot is part of the system they're still trying to get up.

They were female, either Alien made to look Romulan or Romulan, and passed me in the RomCC by the bank/exchange terminals. Not sure whether they were Rom/Fed or Rom/KDF though.

That might been it, although the colors were different, I only saw them for a few moments. The top though was definately the tal shiar top, as my toon had that. From the pic, I'm guessing it's a vet reward of somekind?
