• At this point I'm trying to determine if it just an oversite on the dev team (forgot to make one perhaps) or if it still is a bug. I've been scouring the wiki and some other sites linked to STO to see. Nothing has come up so far.

• I have done that, several times. Nothing had happened. I did that before on my Tactical Officer who has sever Tier 5 reps done (only TF Omega at 6). I logged back in and she got them.. this one just didn't for Tier 6 of Discovery if there is in fact one for it.
