ok so after going threw almost every option. i finally broke down and rest my cable modem. just power it and your router for at least a min or 2. let them reset all the ip's and such. then power it back up in concession. after doing so i was able to log right in. hope this helps anyone else with this issue. :)

yeah exact same issue. i have done everything i know to try. and this is nowhere near my first issue while gaming. i tried all the usual culprits. including reinstalling the arc client. updating antiviruses. adding exceptions for firewall and A.V. checked network settings. tried to run from game launcher as well. idk what…
