i just want to throw in our guide at sto league for the endeavors :) because usualy there are better ways to kill x of enemy y for the endeavor than playing tfos ;)
yea you know, its super easy to get the elite tokens usualy. doesnt take more than a few advanced maps, and most of them will pop because of the rtfo system. for competitive elite marks => binary circuit elite and promote them in several pve related channels ingame. usualy take a few minutes but its possible to start them.…
dont know how its calcualed for scm, but with clr its calculated per hit and not per dps. because you know, its a critical hit. so if you have a lot of low damage non crits from your pets as example contributing like 25% of your dps but 50% of your attacks as example.. ;)
if you're using pets and other stuff that cant crit but does a lot of hits, the overall crth will be pretty low since all crit/non crit count for it. you need to check the specific weapon (beam overload in your case) to get an accurate value
since you dont want to do dps, you will not solo anything because you know, the only way to reach 0 dps is to not shoot or do something at all especially when you want to do pvp, you need to minmax even harder and cheese the TRIBBLE out of it to be competitive. same for soloing higher content in a decent amount of time.…
phaser full auto (dsc) is by far the best ground weapon available atm. would be my #1 pick (in case i would've missed the free one via measures part 1)
scatter volley got the acc debuff too. and the basedmg from omnis is just lower compared to beam arrays for the set omnis. the crafted omnis are the same as normal beam arrays minus 1 mod (thats the arc mod). they are basically equal to wide arc cannons
"gambleboxing" ones count as crafted since they dont have a set bonus ;) crafted/weaponbox ones are equal to normal beam arrays minus one modifier. set omnis are weaker than those tho.
each universal console activate will increase the damage from other universal consoles like the plasma storm by +10% bonusdamage, up to +100% bonus dmg. buffs/set boni will not increase due to that. => its a great console for epg builds with a lot of clicky consoles
beside the fact that there is no diminishing return for damage... ;) you already got a ton of +% damage, because weapon mk upgrades as example are +% dmg boosts too. thats the main reason why +% bonus dmg boosts are usualy better. math wise its mk 1 dmg from weapon x (sum +% dmg) x (sum +% bonus dmg)
splitting up (2 to the left, 3 to the right side from starting point), position on the fly path propperly (one for the fore, one for the aft section and for right one in the middle) and just spam interact. works well enough for gga and not causing much trouble at all. sure you could delay it a bit to deactivate it when the…
if you use everything in favor of the ship doing the dps including the team you could most likely do 400k+ with every t6 ship in the game. its just easier with some than others and will be most likely way lower without team support ;)
the drone needs to be killed. it will always starts as mk 1. if it does not get killed during the 60 sec duration you will never see a mk 2. if the mk 1 version gets killed a mk 2 will spawn next to you and so on
based on spartan you need a combined team dps of 550k to beat stage one. => you have 5 players => 110k dps per player is required to beat it. if your doing below that treshold and you win the queue, you got carried by someone else. but in addition, you cant compare isa dps to ise dps, since in ise the piloting is less…
basically you have in all other mmos during (some) boss encounters dps checks. usualy its an enrage time, thatn for some stages kill x till the castbar runs out or the boss will just wipe the team etc. in sto we do not have an enrage for enemies or the kill x in a timeframe or you all die. would be great to have something…
the dps check pretty much prevent you from fighting forever vs the tactical cube at the end bc of the self healing ability. in logfiles we saw 29m selfheal over like 1 minute 30 seconds or so from the taccube. in addition, you shouldnt go into an elite queue when doing like 10-20k dps, you're just not ready, simply because…
you could get 200++ marks out of counterpoint advance/elite when you're transporting teams propperly and closing rifts. you need something like 75+ teams and like 17+ rifts to get those values at the end. in addition, the optional works with an "average". so you dont need to shoot terok nor ones down, you need to shoot it…
an epg build is better on a tac cpt, because you get all damage buffs. there is nothing on the sci cpt to compete with that. so everything related to "do damage", tac > eng/sci. that does not mean that eng/sci arent good enough to beat the game, its just that tac is slightly better (as long as you're using your abilities…
