Am I the only one who chuckles every time the connection times out and underneath it says to press the support button for assistance? As if it's going to take you anywhere that you're going to get help...

More importantly, they don't bother putting anything out well over an hour after the server goes down. While I understand that most people are probably at home, I am willing to bet money that somewhere there is at least one person, probably a few, who's sole purpose in life is to be up all night monitoring the servers.
