yes there is a point you get to choose who to side with but its not romulan faction related its the alliegence mission turning point at the end you go to flortilla and choose KDF or FED however I am a double agent both republic and Tal Shiar

all the missions work fine for me only bug I've seen is with the weapons in the flortilla vendor other than that things are fine

The Weapons your right about the rifles and assault dont work from that vendor but the repeater pistol does work the other stuff you mention I havnt encountered.

sounds like you have a graphics issue with your pc bud the content works fine.

Mission works fine I have a KDF Aligned Romulan and got through it fine dont know why ya'll are having trouble.

Not true most cruisers/battle cruisers have a turn rate of 7

maybe so but they don't work now the only thing tthat does work like it should is the plasma repeater pistol.

Devil's choice mission works fine and completes all the way through if you do it in the right order follow the objectives and don't wander or skip around.

The D'deridex Warbird flys and fights exactly like intended its battle cruiser so yes its engineering oriented.

Its not bugged you have to accept the Subcommander Promotion mission then go to new romulus command talk with the Admiral then go to shuttle bay.

Quick Tip use a minigun or full auto rifle also tholians are weak against plasma they go down really fast if you use the right tactics and weapons

Well alright I guess you have a valid point however I have a second subcommander thats federation aligned and cant get the subcommander promotion to trip to get the mogai on that character and both neutral no more and bigger picture are bugged guess I'll have to wait til the next patch or just play on in the Dhelan warbird…

You cannot be commander yet as the beta content doesn't go past subcommander and as commander is equivalent to federation captain noone in the beta has reached commander yet noone has the d'deridex warbird yet subcommander and the mogai is as far as you can go presently.

sleepers mission is fine its not one of the bugged ones maybe it was for you but normally it runs through just fine.

there is a romulan starbase already its the Romulan flortilla its like Quo'nos first city

Yes, I agree the romulan interiors are nicely done however like the other factions the interiors are all cookie cutter there's no variation for the ships class in the movies and series certain aspects like engineering arent exactly the same for each ship they differ.
