I broke down and downloaded and tried launching from ARC. So far, it seems to be connecting and working. It updated the launcher, is verifying files now...so, that could be part of the issue. Which leaves the question..what about those that use Steam for purchases and such..?

Yeah. Mine is fine until it hits Cogent too. I've seen numbers as high as 400ms on my traces..

My issue is on-demand patching and timing out, which crashes the game. I've tried the reinstall as well, it didn't help. It seems to be that their patch server is having the issues and not letting some people connect for some reason, or is kicking them off after a minute or two, at least that would be my guess. Have yet to be able to connect to the patch server. Cogent hub activity has settled some. Continues to time out.

Did a full re-install, and now the launcher can't connect to the update server...

New install seems the only potential fix, though with having to reinstall the same patched files that caused the problem, it doesn't seem likely to correct the issue.
