You are correct. For something like this to happen indicates nothing but bad things. Most importantly it reveals that original code was poorly documented and further that it wasn't built for long term support and updates. If true for the Foundry, it likely true for the entire game.

All games (except it seems the original EverQuest) die. This one will too, it's not a question of 'if' only one of 'when' and 'how'. Will this kill it? Don't know, frankly don't care that much. But saying that you can't maintain your game is not something you want to hear from a game company.

It's a wonderful ship, and if you can grab it for a billion (not 1.2 billion)- worth the EC. The model is acceptable although it needs to be updated. The worse item is that the markings are completely wrong, that however doesn't stop me from flying it.

Given the value of the other things in the boxes, they are worth just about a billion. And have been right around that price point for a while now, I've seen them for under a billion in fact although this last time the price point went up a bit. Anyone paying 1.5 Billion for a ship has more money than sense.

Passing on making one too. Not interested in the show or anything connected to it. There was one good thing about this release, the idea of the Walker Class growing with the character. That's how they should have handled the starter ships for all the factions.

Personally, across two accounts there's two ships I'd like to trade to a different alt. But I agree, it will never happen. Way too much loss of money for Cryptic. So those alts will never get those ships, no way am I paying for something that expensive twice.
