Greetings, Please refer to Error ticket # 14196316 Tried following above thread - still cannot get passed ARC loader. I "seem" to update ok, but 10 times a day (yes I'm that anal) I get a ooops we crashed box. Looking for some help here or maybe a refund. STO was really fun and worth the money before ARC.

not only can we not fix 1 problem that affects hundreds of players within a month, now I'm seeing additional problems that nobody seems to have time to address! I can't give a bridge officer to solve a little star base upgrade delay, and now I have no bridge officer abilities on my ship? Tell me why I became a lifetime…
